In the book all of the photographs, except that of Sandow's arm, were bound in the centre of the publication.

The photograph of the arm, which is full size, was folded and bound at the back of the book.

Apart from some cleaning no attempt has been made to hide the sellotape which has been used to keep the folds intact. It has been reproduced vertically rather than horizontally to allow a larger picture to appear on the website.
